Coupon codes are available from time to time and they will activate various special offers we may have running at that time. Just enter that coupon code in the box in the checkout to activate it.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 21 days of the date you received it and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item less our carriage costs (see our refunds and exchanges policies). Unless faulty, we can not accept the return of jewellery that has been worn, personalised or adjusted.

Please note: we cannot accept the return of gift vouchers nor earrings for pierced ears under any circumstances unless faulty and items that have been made to order or customised to order (eg. items that have been engraved).

Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt. If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to it being in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 21 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1pm on the next working day. We also offer a Saturday Guaranteed delivery on all UK orders.

Please note orders made after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All delivery time frames exclude Bank Holidays.

We may, at out discression, use other courier companies to deliver your items if your order value is over £70. This service will be free of charge and a Next Day service. You will be contacted by the courier company with the delivery date and time. The delivery date and time can be altered to suit via emails or SMS direct with the company.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time in the ‘My Account’ section of the website, which will update with the parcel’s Royal Mail tracking reference if applicable. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website.

At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you’ve not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For standard delivery, if you have not received you parcel within 4 working days, please contact our customer services department.

We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.

Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.

As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.

Ystrad Mynach

If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from our store in Ystrad Mynach, South Wales. You must bring a copy of your order, paper or electronic and photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address.

How will I know when it’s ready to collect?

You will be contacted by either text, call or email depending on how you want to be informed.

When can I collect my order?

Collection is only available during shop opening times.

Please allow 24 hours from the time your order was placed to when it will be available for collection.
